As a hub for health and fitness we provide a number of different classes which all aim to improve your capabilities in the 9 elements of fitness: strength, power, agility, balance, flexibility, local muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, strength endurance and coordination. Learn the olympic lifts at Nottingham Weightlifting Club which runs from Compound three times per week.
All of our memberships have a 30 day cancellation policy but no fixed term contract. If you're unsure about which membership to choose, come speak to one of the team. Memberships can be upgraded/downgraded as needed.
