Strength & Conditioning classes are the heart of what we do at Compound. These 1 hour classes are designed to get/keep you strong, fit, healthy and ready for life. Through personal training within a group environment, we use functional movement to improve every aspect of fitness. You will regularly be asked to push, pull, squat, hinge, sprint, jump, swing, carry, stretch, laugh, support and most importantly HAVE FUN!
These classes are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
Box Conditioning is a padwork class which focuses on developing your boxing skills, improving your cardiovascular fitness & coordination and increasing your muscular strength & endurance.
The class takes place every Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm and is perfect for all fitness levels and abilities.
Nottingham Weightlifting Club is affiliated to the British Weightlifting Association and runs from Compound Strength & Conditioning. We offer a 3 day per week Olympic Weightlifting program, with all 3 sessions closely coached by one of our experienced trainers.
