Nottingham weightlifting club is suitable for the beginner right through to the competitive athlete. Our classes are between 90 minutes - 2 hours long so the coach has plenty of time to spend 1:1 with everyone training in each class.
Classes can be used as a supplement to S&C to improve on the olympic lifts, or they can be attended to focus on these lifts alone as their own sport.
The sessions have a social and relaxed environment, and you're sure to make some new friends along your weightlifting journey!
All of our memberships have a 30 day cancellation policy but no fixed term contract. If you're unsure about which membership to choose, come and speak to one of the team. Memberships can be upgraded/downgraded as needed.
