Meet Jules...

'I have been in the fitness industry for 6 years now and I have seen a huge shift in people's mindsets and body goals, particularly with women. I love that people are starting to focus more on being strong and healthy than being a Topshop size 0! Going through my own battles with being extremely underweight, to being the complete opposite, I've learnt a whole load along the way and believe that my personal experience has helped me become a better coach.'

'Losing my dad in April 2018 very suddenly to a heart attack as a result of lifestyle choices, my passion for helping as many people as possible live healthy and happy lives just got stronger. If I can give even one person a few extra months/years with their children/partner/friends/family, then my whole career will have been worth while.'

Jules is one of the 3 owners of Compound Strength & Conditioning, and is the owner of The Nutrition Plan. She manages the day-to-day running of the gyms, and well as her online nutrition coaching business,.

Jules takes on a very small number of 1:1 personal training clients, due to her other commitments and wanting to ensure she can give the clients she does take on her full effort and attention.

Jules specialises in full body composition transformations, whether that be weight loss or muscle gain, with a focus on training, nutrition, and lifestyle
