Harrison’s passion for health and fitness started through his own love of sport; playing football and tennis from a young age and, more recently, enjoying functional fitness training and events. That experience, combined with a genuine interest and pride in helping others, naturally led him into coaching and personal training.
With over 10 years’ experience coaching in tennis and 4 years strength & conditioning, Harrison works with a wide range of clients in 1:1, small group & class settings. Whether someone is just getting started or looking to push their athletic potential, he enjoys creating a supportive environment where people feel comfortable, challenged and motivated to achieve their goals and become a healthier version of themselves.
Harrison’s approach centres around functional fitness; building strength and fitness in ways that carry over into every day life. Using these methods, he also specialises in sport-specific strength & conditioning, particularly in racket sports as well as helping clients prepare for functional fitness events like Hyrox.
Harrison aims to help anyone looking to improve their strength, fitness and wellbeing to unlock their ‘performance’. Whether that means improved movement in day to day life, building confidence in the gym or working towards a specific performance goal in a chosen sport, he’s there to guide and support you every step of the way.

Harrison is currently accepting enquiries to work with new clients and is excited to help anyone looking to improve their strength, fitness and wellbeing.
